The GEAR (Kajima Lab for Global Engineering, Architecture & Real Estate) is a demonstration and working facility built in Changi Business Park near Singapore Changi International Airport. The building is an outframe structure with a 4,500mm (4,200mm at the ends) x 3,675mm grid, and the columns are 400 x 600m square (400 x 400mm square at the ends).
