This is a public housing for reconstruction built after full-scale decontamination began following the evacuation of the entire town of okuma due to the nuclear power plant accident caused by the great east japan earthquake. a new town hall building, commercial facilities, exchange facilities, and public housing were constructed for people who returned to their homes after the evacuation order was lifted, as well as for newcomers to the area.
