The building, with a total floor area of approximately 4,500m2, is divided into separate buildings by a fireproof membrane structure, and wood is used both inside and outside the facility. A 100-meter long corridor for the town's residents is located on the west and south sides of the building for ease of use in case of rain or snow, and for use during events.
