Outline
This is a project to design a multipurpose facility on the shore of Lake Sameura, the largest man-made lake in Shikoku, to serve as a base for the promotion of competitive canoeing, local leisure tourism, and interaction among local residents. By covering the entire facility with a large roof and integrating earthquake-resistant walls, an opening is secured in the center of the building, seamlessly connecting it to the scenery and environment around Lake Sameura.
