This four-story, one-basement commercial tenant building is located at the intersection of Azabu Juban and is designed to feel connected to the city by creating a semi-outdoor space on the second floor. The second floor is a semi-outdoor space that gives a sense of connection to the city. The concrete core is integrated into the rear of the building in order to make the interior as open as possible to the two adjacent streets.
