This is a dual-purpose residential and commercial facility located in the Shimokita Line Street, which is planned on the site of the former railway line created by the undergrounding of the Odakyu Line between Tohokuzawa Station and Setagaya-Daita Station. The eaves and exterior walls can be selected later by the residents. Concrete overhangs are placed at the openings and along the foundation of the building, and can be used as counters or benches.
