This project is a renovation of a 40-year-old company housing and dormitory located across from the Mitaka Railroad Depot of East Japan Railway Company. The building consists of rental housing for families and shared rental housing for single people. Each site, which was previously separated by a retaining wall, was made contiguous to create a place that is open not only to the residents of each building but also to the local community. On the first floor of the shared rental housing for single people, there is a shared lounge.
