This is a renovation of the Ikebukuro Nishiguchi Park, which was built in 1990 in conjunction with the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space (9101, designed by Ashihara Architects & Engineers). With a permanent theater that can accommodate an orchestra and a café, it will serve as a base for realizing Toshima City's vision of becoming an "international art and culture city. The spiral pergola "GLOBAL RING" is equipped with lighting and speakers, and is intended to be a place where the area is gently separated from its surroundings.
