Outline
The project involves the reconstruction of the former Tokyu Plaza facing the west exit of Shibuya Station, with a bus terminal for long-distance buses and an "urban core" for the station on the first floor, aiming to contribute to improving circulation and creating a lively atmosphere in the district. The public walkway on the second floor will be connected to Scramble Square and Sakuragaoka-guchi area.
