This is the second phase of a project to renovate a 40-year-old recreation facility into a 13-room private hotel (urabandai hotel, this journal 0912) in 2009. compared to the first phase of the project, which mainly renovated the hillside portion of the site, an additional four-room building and a lounge building were added toward the lake on the site. the two buildings were added without any site development, so as to connect the existing facilities and environment.
