This is an incubation space for co-working spaces, workshops, galleries, etc., built as a model project of the Umemori Platform, a project to develop the elevated space between Omorimachi Station and Umeyashiki Station on the Keikyu Line in collaboration with Keihin Electric Express Railway and @Kamata. Four buildings are located under the elevated railway tracks with a beam height of approximately 8,000mm.
