Two new apartment buildings are constructed on the site of a parking lot and rental apartments adjacent to an existing apartment building. The space between the two buildings is planned to be an alley-like space where local residents can pass through and hold events. A semi-shop-type residence is built at the entrance from the residential area, and small businesses by residents are introduced. This project explores how to create a local community through rental housing.
