- This is a project to rebuild the ward office and the public hall by constructing a new high-rise residential building with a fixed-term land lease (77 years) to the private sector. The cost of rebuilding the ward office and the public hall will be covered by the amount equivalent to the right money of the fixed-term land lease. The ward office is in service first (from January 2019). The color palette of the exterior walls was designed to reflect the cultural characteristics of Shibuya.
