This is a plan for a community facility in Odaka Ward, where the evacuation order was lifted in July 2016 except for some areas. It consists of a temporary accommodation facility for evacuees, a challenge office to support entrepreneurship, a childcare support facility, a café, and a marché in a single-story building.
