Seismic retrofitting of the building built in 1929 and renovated in 1991, and renovation of the facilities into a theater capable of producing new entertainment. Since the building is a nationally registered tangible cultural property, the exterior was preserved while the walls were reinforced and new construction was carried out, and the steel roof and ceiling were reinforced. The maneki signboard is from the Yoshiren Kaimise performance in December 2018.
