The Portland Japanese Garden, established in 1967, is located near the center of Portland City. The Cultural Village, consisting of the Cultural Center, Garden House, and Tea Café, and the Ticket Pavilion adjacent to the parking lot, were built to make the Garden the cultural core of the community.
