A hotel (simple accommodation) with dining tables and a shared kitchen on the first floor, guest rooms on the second and third floors, and a terrace on the roof. In order to create an exterior wall that is not too new to match the buildings in the area, concrete was cast by reusing the backside of half-split used formwork plywood.
