A part of a former ice factory in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, was converted into a building that houses a settlement promotion center, a community development company, and a nursery school. By inserting a tunnel space around the deep eaves and stairs, the building connects people, the surrounding environment, and space.
