TETSUYA MIZUKAMI ARCHITECTS
Outline
A 28-year-old building built as a supermarket was renovated as the main facility for the Aburatsu Shopping District Revitalization Project, which is led by a tenant mix support manager commissioned by Nichinan City. The steel-frame Rahmen structure was partially reduced to create an exterior space, and the building was divided into two buildings. The building is then divided into two buildings, which are reconstructed as a complex facility with meeting space and restaurant space.
