This is the largest redevelopment project in the Higashi-Gotanda area. Two office buildings, two residential buildings, a retail building, an office and factory building, and a community facility building will be constructed in the district located along the Meguro River. The greening area of the district is 30% or more, with double rows of trees planted along the sidewalks, rooftop greening, and gardens. In accordance with the design guidelines of the Higashi-Gotanda district, the color of the exterior walls and the design of the low-rise areas of the buildings have been unified.
