A 51-year-old former dormitory for bachelors owned by Keio Electric Railway was renovated into 108 rooms of shared rental housing. The renovation project was carried out in collaboration with three Keio Group companies, including Keio Corporation, Revita, and Keio Corporation, and was planned to take advantage of the rich natural environment of the surrounding area, including a new outdoor deck and rooftop terrace on a site of over 3,700m2.
