This eight-story office building with two basement levels is located in Kitasando, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Evacuation balconies are provided, and plant screens are installed at the eaves to reduce the heat island effect. The office layout is designed so that the window sills are used as corridors, eliminating the need for perimeter air-conditioning, and other environmental considerations were taken into account in the plan and cross-sectional planning.
