This childcare facility was opened based on the Chuo Line Mall concept, which utilizes the area under the elevated railway tracks following the elevation of the JR Chuo Line. 5 light steel-framed volumes are linked together on a long, narrow site with elevated pillars at 15-meter intervals, and a long corridor is created in the interior, which functions as a place for children to interact.
