This welfare facility is located in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture, surrounded by nature. More than 50 years have passed since the facility was established, and the interior was renovated to adapt to changes in the lifestyle of the users, and the Satsuki Building ANNEX was newly extended. The number of users and the number of groups in each building were re-examined to adjust the distance between users and to reduce daily stress. In the Satsuki Building ANNEX, small gable-shaped rooms are nested in the gable-shaped building so that each user can feel at ease as if they were in their own home.
