A complex facility containing a library, a community center, a local history museum and a hall. The rooms are arranged so that they can be easily used in cooperation with the zones for each function connected by cross streets. The space was composed based on interviews with citizens and staff and a thorough survey of nearby facilities. The library and music functions are arranged in a nested manner, and 3D CAD and model studies were repeatedly conducted in order to fit the ducts into the polygonal walls.
