The site, which used to be an apartment and a parking lot, was reconstructed into a rental housing complex. Two rental houses and a private house owned by the same owner stand on the adjacent land, and the courtyard can be accessed from these buildings. The courtyard is also accessible from these buildings, thus creating a sense of community and relevance to the surroundings. Rainwater runs down the gutter built into the reinforced concrete pillars.
