Outline

Phase IV of Osaka Gas's experimental housing project NEXT21, which was completed in 1993, pursues an environmentally friendly and affluent lifestyle based on the premise of urban housing complexes by around 2020. This time, 305 units were renovated by Yoshiji Takehara and Muyu Architects, and 403 units by Yoko Chikazumi and Chikazumi Architects. In addition, all units have been upgraded with highly efficient and effective equipment.
