This complex facility, located in Koto-ku, Tokyo, consists of an office center, a training center, and training accommodations for a life insurance company. The functions of administration, distribution, and training, which were dispersed in various locations, were integrated to improve the efficiency of facility operation and management. The volume is approximately 100 m square and 55.5 m high. The office space consists of two large and two small plates, each measuring 30 x 100 m and 30 x 30 m. The plates are stepped in a spiral pattern one quarter floor at a time, connecting all floors.
