Located at the north side of Misato Junction. It is a facility for a new town in the area where paddy fields used to spread. As a part of the land readjustment project, it is planned to be constructed as a community facility as the final stage of the conversion to a residential area for about 5,900 people, and to be donated to Misato City. Eleven boxes in each room are inserted into a 69-meter-long glass tube in order to secure a line of sight from the park and the residential area.
