A group of 70 housing units for the elderly built in an open wooded area. 12 to 18 households are arranged in five units around a courtyard along the undulating site. A competition was held in 2008 to select a designer, and the project was completed through a series of workshops and study sessions with prospective residents. Local materials were used for the structure, interior and exterior.
