This 13-unit cooperative house is located near Toritsudaigaku Station on the Toyoko Line. The building is arranged to create an internal passage in accordance with the shape of the site, which is accessed from two points north and south. The PS is located on the inside of the passage to facilitate the maintenance and renewal of piping.
