- A multipurpose complex facility in Makabe, Sakuragawa, Ibaraki Prefecture. It houses a library, a historical museum, meeting facilities and a hall. We sampled 26 buildings in Makabe Town, including registered cultural properties, and made mass models of them. The layout policy was decided in a workshop with citizens.
