- Outline
- A 25-story research and development office building with two basement levels located in front of JR Osaki Station. A bioskin is installed on the east wall to cool the building itself and mitigate the urban heat island effect by using vaporization heat to lower the ambient temperature. A large green space of more than 6300m2 was created by filling the ground beneath the building.
