This licensed nursery school was constructed as part of the JR East Group's childcare support project, and stands on a long, narrow site 7 m deep and 48 m long along the JR rail yard. The building incorporates a number of environmental technologies, such as aluminum movable louvers to control solar radiation and heat storage in the building frame.
