MOO ARCHITECT WORKSHOP
Outline
Licensed nursery school in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture. A two-story wooden building with a 45-mm cinderblock design using 180-year-old cypress trees. Two 135 x 240 mm columns are placed 60 mm apart with a beam between them. The laminated columns run from the first floor to the roof. The cross section of the fire allowance is also used for rigidity. The exterior walls are covered with red cedar vertical shingles, titanium-zinc alloy steel roofing, and waltz coating to change the appearance. The school building and the garden building are planned on separate sites.
