This is a research and development facility of Waseda University, located on the north side of the Kikui-cho campus. Steel vertical axis louvers (600mm wide x 2940mm high) are installed on the entire 38m wall of the north side laboratory. The louvers can be rotated individually, so that the light environment in the room and the line of sight shielding from the outside can be adjusted according to individual preferences.
