ISSHO ARCHITECTS
Outline
This three-story, nine-unit rental housing complex is located in a densely populated residential area, with three types of units on each floor. A bay window called "TILTSCOPE" is positioned as a new space that connects the interior and exterior, and reduces the sense of oppression from the adjacent buildings. The "TILTLINE" (diagonal joints) on the exterior walls are made by the joints of the formwork, which eliminates the internal structure of the dwelling units and the separation of the levels related to privacy.
