This is a large-scale development project to comprehensively develop five districts (total site area: approx. 11,900m2) on the east side of Chuo-dori in the Nihonbashi Muromachi district. In order to bring back the bustle of the old days as the center of the Japanese economy to Nihonbashi, which has been experiencing a remarkable decline in competitiveness, multiple developers are coordinating with each other to rebuild each district. Simultaneous development of multiple districts using the Urban Renewal Special District System is promoting new development such as urban development including streets and regional contribution.
