The project was selected by the proposal in 2008. Renovation and new construction of a building adjacent to the banks of the Tone River in Gunma Prefecture. It was opened in March 2010 as a roadside station with a hot spring facility and a souvenir shop in conjunction with the opening of the National Route 17 bypass that runs along the north side of the site.
