The site is located within the embankment of a river flowing to the east, in a residential area dotted with rice paddies. the first floor level was set 1 m above the ground level, and the foundation was extended to a height of 1.5 m. a wooden frame was placed on top of the foundation to prevent flood damage. the rice paddies spread out on the south side of the site, and the radial plan and organic roof shape catch the wind, light, and views.
