The building stands on a y-shaped corner lot at the intersection of four streets. on the south side of the site, a garage with a ceiling height of approximately 3,500 mm that runs east-west and a loggia above it are located. inside the building, the level difference between the east and west sides of the street (maximum of approximately 2,500mm) is absorbed by the skip floor, and the sunlight taken in from the loggia falls to the lower floor through the atrium, which also serves as a vertical flow line.
