A residence with a workspace on the first floor, with a building area of approximately 27m2. since the site is located along a busy street, openings on the south side are kept to a minimum, and the ground floor is designed with a large opening to the alley on the west side. the owner, who is in the real estate business, envisions selling the house in the future, so it was planned to be a landmark building for the town.
