The south side of the site faces the retaining wall of the mountain, and the north side is a tunnel entrance that goes through the mountains, so the car traffic is intense. A "grove (Sutsuwa)" was provided between the building and the retaining wall on the southeast side of the second floor, and the view of the mountain continuous with this garden was exposed to the environment, and it was familiar with the environment and gave a depth.
