The retirement room, which had been a vacant house, was dismantled, turned into a garden, and renovated the room to the main building solar room while connecting with the parlor. Overside across the garden is a household of a child household that has been remodeled. The garden has two faces of a cafeteria and the roadside of a townhouse with a piloti garage.
