The building is located in a quiet residential area in the city center. There is no fence on the site, but a large opening is installed on the east side of the building, which contributes to the city by conveying a glimpse of the interior situation from the outside while taking in the environment of the city. The large opening is about 10m long and 3.1m high, and the steel sash is made up of 75mm square pipe stile and rail. Bookshelves built into three walls, excluding the west side, adjoin the city.
