Outline
The building faces a specific maintenance road that was decided to be used as a fire spread barrier zone, and is built on a site that has been halved in area due to the widening of the road. The volume gradually rises toward the northwest to meet the requirements for a fireproof building as stipulated in the district plan, while at the same time blending in with the surrounding environment.
