The house is built on a lot with a frontage of 4.1m and a depth of 12.5m, dividing the original site into east and west. Large openings are placed to take advantage of the openings to the park across the street and the driveway of the neighboring house on the northwest side. Even though the house is located in a dense area, it offers a view of the greenery and cityscape.
