The house is located in a new residential area in Ho Chi Minh City. 4 volumes are stacked in a checkerboard pattern in both the frontage and depth directions, with semi-outdoor common spaces between the volumes. The semi-outdoor house is composed by the repetition of three different types of boundary surfaces: two levels of vertically rotated windows, wooden movable louvers, and wooden shading louvers with leaf-shaped decorative cutouts.
