The building is located at the end of a private road facing five neighboring houses. The north and south sides of the volume, which is continuous with the driveway, are fully opened to connect the interior and exterior, and to secure a view into the garden of the neighbor to the south. The western volume, which is surrounded by neighboring houses, houses private functions.
