This is the studio and residence of a contemporary artist. It has two gardens: the south garden (Yard 1), which also serves as a parking space, and the north garden (Yard 2), which also serves as a workshop for the artist. By setting the building at an angle to the road in front of it, the parking space and the building area are secured, and the building is built in a different way from the usual suburban houses that have a garden only in front of the building with a setback.
